Registration Details
Tentative camper dates are August 2–5, 2027, for a four-day, three-night session. Tentative Coaches Track dates are August 3–5, 2027, for a three-day, two-night experience. All dates remain pending the venue contract and final confirmation. Registration is closed and will open through UltraCamp only after tuition, policies, forms, payment rules, and safety processes are approved.
The Program
Cheerwood’s four-day, three-night camper session blends approximately 40% cheer instruction with 60% camp activities. Cheer instruction includes tumbling, jumps and motions, and an age-group routine performed in the Cheerwood Showcase. Camp activities include campfires, hiking trails and cave exploration, pool time, field games, arts and crafts, an outdoor cooking class, and other classic camping activities.
Who Can Join
Campers must be entering grades 3–12 and must remain age 17 or younger for the entire camp session. Athletes from school, recreation, youth league, and All Star programs may register individually or with teammates. Anyone who will be age 18 at any point during camp is not eligible to register as a camper and must apply for a Cheer Instructor position to be considered. Applying does not guarantee placement.
Coaches Track
The Coaches Track is planned as a three-day, two-night experience from August 3–5, 2027. These dates are tentative and pending the venue contract and final confirmation. Exact times, tuition, and registration details will be released later.
